REFUND POLICY

📦 Return & Cancellation Policy – MyLuneya

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with all original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

Email contact@myluneya.com to initiate a return. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions.

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Approved returns may result in:

  • A refund (only for full-price items), or

  • A store credit (issued as a gift card)

All sale and promotional items are final sale.
They are not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for store credit, if return conditions are met.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/promotional items (store credit only)


6. Damaged or Defective Items

Check your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at contact@myluneya.com.


7. Exchanges

Want a different size or color?
Please:

  1. Return the original item as per the return process above

  2. Place a new order for your preferred item
    (We do not process direct exchanges.)


❌ 8. Cancellations

  • Full-price orders: Cancellations accepted within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund.

  • Sale/promotional orders: Cancellations are only eligible for store credit, even within the 30-minute window.


9. Preorders & Restocked Items

All preorders are final sale.
Refunds for preorders are only possible after delivery.
We reserve the right to extend delivery estimates by up to 15 days.


🇪🇺 10. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union:
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


11. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Full-price items: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method (within 10 business days of return approval).

  • Sale items: Eligible only for store credit.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund or store credit, please email us at contact@myluneya.com.


12. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to us. A reshipping fee will apply.
